Youtube Problems

Well I would love to upload another video, but Im having a problem with youtube. When i get to the homepage and click sign in instead of logging me into my account it just returns to the homepage and says sign in again. Im looking into it but I'm not sure how to fix this problem. Ill keep you guys posted. Thanks for being patient.
